“I cannot fault the service. Quick and easy to use. The shoes I ordered are fantastic quality. I am sad that they didn’t fit and I have got to send them back. But would definitely use this company again in the future.”

“Love the shoes except for the sole, it is super slippery, can cause serious injury. I'm surprised how this health hazard was overlooked. Other than that I am happy with the shoes. Thank you.”

“Still find sizing of crocs confusing. Returned first pair which weren’t what I thought I’d ordered, cost of postage taken off refund. Second pair were ordered and came in a couple of days later. Speedy delivery and no quibble refund. Happy with my new crocs!”

“I have had two pairs of these size 10 DEK plysols. Unfortunately these size 10 a smaller and tight on my toes. It is a problem with buying on line!”

“The shoes looked great, but unfortunately very poor fit. I am a size 5 even with a standard fit, this was a wide fit and the shoes were still too small, they seem short, the width was fine. So I had to return them. Cannot fault the customer service - Sonal was great in emailing back. I am just waiting for the refund to be processed now, hopefully asap.”

“My item was too big and water to exchange them for a smaller size, commutation via messanger is very slow and I’ve returned them for an exchange but not sure I’ve done it right 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m the end I got my exchange”

“Unfortunately I had to return the Strive Madison trainers as they were a bit uncomfortable for me. I only wish I had purchased your returns label as I had difficulty using your other suggested methods and ended up paying more by sending them myself through the post office. I was impressed by your quick refund payment.”
