“Ordered these boots after a recent fall, after which I broke my shoulder, so I’m not in a position to safely wander about in new boots atm! They took me a while to get them on with only one working hand and they are a very, very tight fit. If I was more able bodied, I think I would be tempted to return them due to their fit, but I was also put off by having to pay the return postage, not to mention how difficult it is to get them back in the packaging whilst manually impaired! So in essence - they look nice, but I hope there’s some give in the material that makes them more comfortable going forwards.”

“They don’t do returns for faulty poor quality goods. Bought fitflop wellies £85. 7 months later I detect 1 boot has split & leaks. Shuperb customer services have declined replacement or refund on basis that the fault presented after 6 months. Have supplied photos and information to support the fault was prior to 6 months but detected after. They are replying and fobbing me off. This is not within consumer rights law. Stick with decent retailers like John Lewis, Amazon etc who will refund for poor quality goods. Lesson learnt it’s not worth saving a few pounds if customer service is rubbish.”

Although the order is outside of the six month period and has no manufacturer's warranty, I do understand your frustration that they have developed this problem. “Good Service from Shuperb, and the boots were nicely packaged, well made, and felt comfortable. I did have ankle ache after a 40 minute walk, but it could be me getting used to the less flexible boot shape (as I normally wear flexible walking shoes). I was however carefree in that it meant I could walk through thick mud and puddles rather than trying to walk around the edges of paths, perfect!”
