“I am very very upset by your correspondence with me about my Josef Seidel ankle boots. These boots arrived with me on Thursday the 27th of February. I tried them on in my own home for approximately 10 minutes and found that they were not comfortable. I sent them back to you on Saturday 29th of February. I have proof of posting. I enclosed a letter and asked for my money back. I then received an email from you to say that you could not reimburse me because they showed signs of wear. This is utterly ridiculous. How could they be showing signs of wear in 10 minutes? I would like my money back immediately. Thank you. Mollie Martin.”

Dear Mollie, Thank you for the review and firstly let me sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and the experience you have had with us. Unfortunately, the pair was returned back worn with clear signs of wear/dirt on the soles and also on the upper of the boots. We always do our best to reach a satisfactory solution but in cases like this where the item is plainly worn we can't do anything other than reject the return as we cannot accept worn items back as per our very clear returns policy.
