“Everything good except the delivery by the Post Office. They didn't ring the bell to try and deliver, just put a failed delivery card through the letter box and I had to go and pick the parcel up from the post office.”

“Would have been excellent but i did not receive the 2 cans of Scotch guard that i requested on my first order. I thought they would follow but they did not??.Other then that excellent prices and quick delivery service, will order again shortly.”

“Ordered two pairs of the same canvas shoes in navy and white. Both are lovely, a perfect fit and good value for money. Unfortunately, I have had to return the navy pair as the lining inside one of them had frayed and was loose, but I have ordered a replacement pair.”

“The shoes seem to be a good quality and very stylish. They fitted my son well and looked smart. There' was a scuff mark on the front of one but I'm sure they'll get worse in a few weeks time so I didn't return them.”

“The notification of the arrival of new stock was timely and welcome. Delivery procedure is a bit pedantic and slow compared to other on line suppliers. Quality of goods is good if a little pricey. I ordered the natural snakeskin Cuban heel boots and took a size larger as they are on the narrow fit side. A request for advice on how to care for the product has been ignored. This is an important aspect of maintaining the boots in good condition. Without regular treatment this product will dry out and deteriorate very quickly. I would recommend Shuperb for this type of product”

“I will keep the desert boots but you advertised the colour as 'Taupe' whereas the label inside the shoes describes the colour as 'Camel'. I have been buying desert boots for 50 years and the colour you supplied is not 'Taupe'.”

“I bought a pair of Skechers memory foam trainers. Really comfortable the minute I tried them on, and they performed really well in my Zumba class. I would definitely buy trainers with memory foam from now on. Shuperb had the most competitive price and delivery time was pretty good.”
