“Communication was a bit slow, it tooks nearly two weeks for an answer to my first quieries. Shipment suffered a delay of a few days, probably due to the carrier. Price of shipment was on the high side - I imagine Shuperb's prices must be very good for the home market, not so buying from abroad. Product (Grafters steel-toe chelsea dealer safety boots) is good quality but shoes presumably need to be run in for long because unlike other models of the same brand I've used, seams and leather are very hard and hurt the malleolus quite a bit. I appreciate Shuperb's vast catalogue.”

“I ordered the CARLOS shoes . Order process was good , smooth , easy to follow etc . The order was placed , I was kept informed by the shipping company and they arrived in a very quick time . I was over the moon , until I opened the box . These shoes were advertised as being Leather Soled shoes , they turned up and the soles are plastic , I was not happy and immediately emailed you about it . I received a response and have been in discussions with a member of your staff ( Matt ) about getting some sort of discount off my next purchase. I am interested in the KIKO Cuban heeled shoes , Black in UK 9.5 size , but they are unavailable at this time . Matt emailed me . apologising and asking some more questions about my next purchase which I responded to on 30th March . Matt is supposed to get back to me and advise when you are likely to get these back in and also advise what sort of discount you are prepared to offer me . I have heard nothing since the end of March . Andy Banks”

“I thought I had the perfect shoes however on arrival they weren't wide enough for me. Had great service all the way and have returned them and have been assured that I will receive a full refund. Thank you”

“Fantastic shoes, love them to bits, takes me back to my youth. Unfortunately a bit on the large size. Returned for one size down. Quick turn around just a few days. Replacement shoes a lot better, but still a bit large. Loved the shoes and absolutely no complaint about the service, just a bit disappointed about the sizing. It would seem every manufacturer has its own sizing these days.”

“Very satisfied with what I bought. Only one, small, 'moan', Delivery was later than expected. Stayed in all day but the parcel never arrived till next day. Got a few jobs round the house done so the day wasnt wasted. R. Waller”

“Very prompt delivery, which was tracked and I was kept up to date via email and text as to the delivery, which was great as I was in work and I knew that the parcel had been delivered to my neighbor. The product I purchased looks nice and more importantly very comfortable to wear.”

“Product as described and arrived quickly. I wasn't able to identify a safe place to leave my parcel on the website even though I was told I could which would be my only complaint as I work full time and delivery is sometimes tricky.”

“Delivery was prompt and the item was as described. However, shopping at Shuperb could be more customer friendly if the postage cost when item was ordered was the same when customer decides to return the same item. Charging £5 for return using your preferred pre- paid facility is discouraging if customers decides to return or exchange an item for any cogent reason(s) as in my case for example the size was not right .”
