“Great shoes, a bit on the generous size, so had to send the first pair back. Also its a great idea to allow you to send them back and they just deduct the postage from your refund. Refund was applied quickly. It's nice to buy a pair of shoes which are a good fit without being for wider feet, just like shoes used to be. Will definitely use Shuperb again!”

“i thought they were a lovely shoe but just found one was a lot tighter than the other one and that they were uncomfortable on the right foot, not sure why that is as all my other shoes match. i believed they would stretch but so far have not and are still tight on one foot???”

“I need a size 5 but can't get them.Cuban heel,s give hight to smaller people.smaller people tend to have smaller feet. I would like to find a pair like the ones made in the 1960 but can,t find any .”

“I ordered a pair of shoes, the site was easy to use and the price was good. They sent a gift voucher but is only valid for a month, so as this is a Christmas prescent it is useless. Delivery was slow, took a week to be delivered plus driver did not leave where I stated when I ordered it. Also box was damaged, but shoes were ok.”

“The website was very easy to order from. Delivery time was average. The shoes are great quality and were well packaged. However, they were slightly overpriced in my view. I would have been happier paying 10-15% less.”

“Quick delivery but I should have paid better attention to the returns policy as I did not realise that they had to be paid for. I ordered a size 9 (43) but they were too small and I had to send back. They were a lovely shoe but definitely not a 9 and it was an expensive way to find out ! I am still waiting for a refund”

“I ordered a pair of Doc Martens which arrived promptly. I receive text & emails to let me know when they were being delivered and the price I paid was the best I could find on line. The shoes were in A1 condition and unworn. I'm sure I will use Shuperb again.”

“it was easy to order from the website...there was a fairly reasonable choice available ...delivery was well packaged and delivered well inside the time limit given ...I ordered 4pair and had to return one pair which I did 5 days ago ...am now awaiting my refund and hope it turns up this week to complete a happy and successful cycle”
