“Quality of product excellent, but they are a recognised quality brand anyway. Sizing information may be misleading however. They were purchased as UK size9 - which is normally a European 43 - but arrived as an EU42. Consequently they are slightly tighter than I expected, but hopefully will stretch over time.”

“Shoes seem to be of good quality, leather uppers, wide fit helps, well made budget shoes for people with problematic feet. Bought a pair almost similar from M&S some time ago, paid nearly twice the price, soles split after far less than average wear. Will comment to seller after similar length of wear if soles split or other problems will occur on these shoes. Pleased, at the moment, with my purchase. Will keep in mind other similar models on sale in Shuperb's site.”

“I have had apair of these shoes before and found them very comfortable I have not actually worn them yet but have tried them on and they feel just as comfortable. So I am looking forward to these being exactly thr same”

“After purchasing the doc martin shoes for my husband they looked very good and the service itself was very good, but one of the shoes has made his foot sore in two places he has never experienced sore feet with shoes as he has been very lucky maybe over the years (unlike us women) so he is just full of plasters untill hopefully the leather becomes soft and pliable maybe. If not I will contact the company and see what they can do !!!”

“I bought the 5 pack of Jack and Jones socks on special offer for £3.50. They are ok so far, and have washed ok. They are not very thick however, but are a good fit.”

“I have ordered from Shuperb before so I knew the items would be securely delivered within good time scales. The items seemed to have manufacturing issues which is not really Shuperb's fault as another item I have previously purchased from them was fantastic in quality. Sadly, I have had to return the order and I am expecting a full refund. However this does not mean I will not shop from here again. As soon as my favourite brand is restocked, I will be returning as a customer.”

“These are lovely boots and my husband was really pleased with them. However, they are quite slim fit and he has had to go up half a size just to get his feet in them so might be worth bearing in mind”

“Excellent value work boots. They're not the most comfortable, but for under £13 including delivery, you really cannot complain. Only used them for 3 days so far, so can't make a proper comment on build quality on longevity, but initial impressions are good. I would buy again, but buy a pair of insoles too to add a touch of comfort to the soles.”

“The items has arrived with some damage on the bag and on the shoe boxes, but the items still safe. I hope for the next buying they will send me the items in a box for have no risk of damage.”

“The service was good, the shoes were stylish and good value for money and they arrived promptly. My only complaint was that the delivery service left the package in front of the door in a rather obvious manner, even though it was covered by a recycling box.”

“First impression very helpful and clarified, friendly. Delivery, mixed appears its moving then sending information when it actually does start the journey took ten days, if thats normal, otherwise fine.”
