“The service was good, the shoes were good. I sent the shoes back as were a bit tight. Then I found out that there was no free returns, had I had known this I probably would not have brought them. There is no mention of this on the website. Most websites mention this on their Home page. Perhaps you should mention NO FREE RETURNS on your website. Regards. L. Martin.”

“I ordered and payed for these shoes for a wedding they did not arrive when Said they would so rang and was told they was out of stock so was offered an alternative which I did not want so requested my money back. Half an hour later they rang me to say they had a pair in my size and colour so the mind Boggles as to how they managed to come up with them after being told they was out of stock. So after all they saved me having to find another pair in such A short time....”

“Nice sandals, but more brown than beige, and I really wanted a pale colour so am returning them. Apart from the colour, comfortable and attractive.”

“Although my order did not come within the delivery time specified due to the wrong size being in the box, I was impressed that I had a quick response from my email of complaint and was kept up to date with the progress of when the order would be full filled. Received my order today after receiving both a text and an email from royal mail saying that today they would be delivering my order. Would definitely use this site again, was worth the wait to get the correct product.”

“Really happy with the size and quality of the bag i purchased. Very good quality and alot bigger than it looked from the online picture. The teal colour is lovely and will match my outfit well. Only downside is that the material has quite a plasticky smell to it but that is a minor quibble. Overall very pleased.”
