“Sent for a pair of shoes and got good fast delivery. Shoes were of good quality as per ad., but I had to return the shoes because they did not fit. Men please be aware that in my case I ordered a size UK 8 shoe which is my normal size. However they were too small and tight. Maybe I should have ordered a size 9 since they do'nt do half sizes. I returned the shoes and got a prompt refund. I would deal with this company again, but watch your shoe size!”

“Ordered boots easily on line, they came in good time. unfortunately the boots were to narrow for my feet Shuperb put the money back into my account in very good time. The only problem for me is having to pay return post. I see some company's are paying the return postage on unwanted goods I think all should do it!”

“The service from Shuperb was excellent, the shoes ( i ended up buying a second pair after receiving the first) were excellent, the only thing i would say is the delivery seemed to take longer than i would have expected on both deliveries, Overall , great service, excellent shoes, i will be back”

“Unfortunately the shoes were the incorrect size when the order arrived. Despite that I have rated the seller as good as their response to my complaint was excellent and the replacements were delivered very quickly. The shoes themselves were just as ordered and my daughter is very happy.”

“Tried to buy online but was missing the complete dimensions of the boots I wanted. So called the phone number and was helped by a customer service rep who got me the dimensions, ordsered the correct boots that I wanted, had them and dispatched to my work address. Wish all retail experiences were like this.”

“Really good customer service wowcher voucher code didn't work but speedy service and help, excellent! However told had to pay for delivery... Shame the boots weren't right lovely but too high!! Sent back but still awaiting postage refund and also now Wowcher say they aren't refunding original postage that Shuperb told me on purchasing I would get reimbursed. Would shop again but awaiting refunds of postage definitely not through Wowcher again though....”

“The order was processed quickly but there was a delay on delivery, and then they didn't fit. Although I had to contact customer services a couple of times for info, they were really prompt in replying, and really helpful. Thank you.”
