“I am perfectly with the service I received from Shuperb. The reason I have given a 4 instead of 5 is that it is stated on ebay that the item would be dispatched next day and it was not. I do not actually have a problem with the time it took for the item to arrive, it was less than a week, but I do feel it is unfair to promise that an item will be dispatched next day when it was not actually dispatched til 3 days later.”

“Lovely pair of winter boots, also look smart so you can wear anytime. Inner lining of faux fur could be thicker though but it might be like that to accommodate thick winter socks. Would definitely recommend! :)”

“Very helpful staff. Unfortunately my order which arrived very quickly was not completely correct but staff were excellent in arranging for return of goods and sending out correct items in record time. Would shop with them again.”
