“I have bought several shoes over the last year always been very happy the most recent pair marked UK size 8 far too small in fact I am sure they been marked incorrectly. not my fault yet you still charged me for the return unfair and disappointing to say the least.”

“I wanted a pair of Velcro hiking boots because I find it hard to do lassies but you can not get Velcro hiking shoes in normal shoe shops. I think this shoes are well made and offer excellent value for money and they are very comfortable to wear. I look forward to going on long walks this summer.”

“Bought shoes for my teenage son, he's worn them to school for a week. So far they seem to be wearing well. Bought for the wide fitting, and they are just about wide enough (he has to wear bespoke insoles, which we managed to squeeze in these shoes). The finish of the shoes is good, there is some staining on the rubber sole from the paint used on the upper part of the shoe but as they are black it doesn't notice unless you look up close. The price was the biggest bonus, as I have struggled to find shoes since he needed adult sizes for less than £60. (which I don't mind paying if the shoes last, which the often don't).”

“The sizing I was given for the divaz slippers are on the small size. The medium (5-6) is more like a (4-5) . They were sent in plenty of time but I will have to keep as a present for someone else as too small for me.”

“Purchased a pair of Padders "Albert" men's slippers to replace a worn out pair. New ones are very comfortable, and were delivered in quick time. Good value too, compared with other sellers. Would buy again.”

“Excellent service from Shuperb, in that my initial enquiry from them found the item I required was out of stock, then a month or so later they informed me by email that the item was back in stock. The boots ordered are fine, fit well and are comfortable. Just one minor grouse, the advertising indicated the boots are leather, but stickers attached to the soles indicated otherwise, ' uppers, other material '. However very good value for the purchase price and I would recommend Shuperb, but please watch your description accuracy.”

“It would have been , very good but the sizes are not right , i am a size 7 , all my adult life i have been a size 7 , ALL the shoes i own are a size 7 , so i ordered a pair of size 7 loafers , they were to big , customer services told me to return them and get a pair of size 6 as the shoes came up big ( no they dont a size 7 is a size 7 , they tried to charge me postage as it was my fault the shoes were to large , i had ordered the wrong size , i am not a size 7 , i am a size 6 , i have since had my feet re measured and guess what ? I AM A SIZE 7”

“Shoes very good quality, but as of other reviews they do come large, probably a full size larger and wide, we had to exchange them for a smaller size and the postage cost us another £5.00”
