“We bought some sandals for my husband which came quickly and were just what he wanted and good quality. I ordered some mules but the wrong ones were sent in the wrongly described size. But I was able to contact Customer Services who supplied a free returns label, let me know when they had received them back and have just let me know that they have refunded what I paid for them. So a good prompt returns service.”

“When I was thinking about my boots from you I e-mailed you to find out if the boots covered my ankles, which, because of injuries was important for me to know. I did not not get a reply so in ordering them I was doing so with doubt. I am pleased say that they do and are light to wear and I may buy the next size up after a long trial with my current pair. “I had a small problem with both my orders going to one address. This was sorted out in super quick time and I recieved an apology . How refreshing; what's more my shoe stretcher is a result. I would definitely use shuperb again”

“The Gatsby London Brogues that I purchased are Indian made but seem to be excellent quality and value for money. I had the choice of a snug fit or over large as there are no half sizes available which is not good for someone who has a 81/2 foot size. London Brogues take note please if you want to build your business! For those buying, if you normally take the half size, go down rather than up for the best compromise fit.”

“Overall I was pleased with the trainers but was a little disappointed with the colour as the blue was turquoise and in the picture it appeared a darker blue which I much preferred. However I hope when they get a little 'dirtied' it will tone down!”
