“The shoes were very narrow so didn't fit, even though I'd ordered a half size larger than normal. I had to send them back. I was disappointed that this cost me nearly £12 in postage, but the return was process very quickly and the purchase price was fully refunded with no problems.”

“The shoes arrived promptly and were as described. Information about returning the shoes was missing from the parcel but as I decided to keep the shoes this did not matter. However I was disappointed to find that, had I wanted to make a return, I would have had to pay the return postage - the website advertises free returns so this is somewhat misleading.”
