“The boots came quickly and I liked them. I normally take a size 10 but occasionally an 11 so I ordered 10. They were small and didn't fit so i sent them back promptly. I heard nothing for 3 weeks and then decisded to chase them up. The new boots arrived after another week making about 5 weeks for the transaction. other than that I like the boots and am happy with them so far.”

“I would have given a five but for a couple of issues that you need to address. I contacted your customer services before I ordered as when buying Dessert Boots from other companies, have had to buy one size smaller, they first replied then if they were Roamers then to do the same. I contacted again as I had not said the boots before were Roamers and asked if other customers had stated if they needed to buy a size smaller. No clear indication received but was told boots could be returned free of charge and new size sent free of charge. This is very good, but the time and effort spent returning these and waiting for a new pair does not warrant an excellent review. I would rather get the correct size boot in the first place and I'm sure your company can ill afford this cost each time a simple question is asked but not really answered. I hope to use your site again as it is very competitive, but do not want a repeat of items going back and forth and so suggest you retrain your customer service staff to think outside the box and if still unsure, then just ask senior management. I hope this criticism is constructive as it is only meant to make your company even better. Thank you.”

“I bought 3 pair a cheap pair black brochure shoe didn't like we're like thick cardboard. Purchased a pair of wide fitting work shoes but in a size 5 thinking bigger than my usual size 4 with Velcro fastening but they were too tight and were not wide enough or big enough. The third pair was a pair of Velcro trainer shoe and were ever wide fitting in a size 4 they are the most comfortable trainers I've had I wore them strait away didn't hurt a bit anywhere.”

“I'm very pleased with my two pairs of Cuban heel shoes, and I was given some good advice about what size to request. My only suggestion is this. Although it is mentioned somewhere in the website, I wasn't advised, when I requested that 1/4" be added to the heels, that the shoes would not be returnable. I would suggest that you make that clear before the order is confirmed, but fortunately I ordered the right size. I also have a pair of Vandini boots that are great!”
