“Good customer service and the £1 return label is a great idea. The only thing that stopped me giving a 5* review was a lack of a confirmation of order email and an item dispatched email, after I ordered I was left in the dark so had no idea when my boots would arrive. Thankfully an email from the courier company gave me that info so I could be home”

“Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Wellingtons I ordered a size larger than I usually take so I had to send them back and order two sizes larger now really pleased. Only complaint would be paying postage on returning when the Wellingtons which were definitely too small. Many thanks overall very pleased.”

“these slippers are of a very good quality , the product is made to high standards, however I can only give it 4* as the sizing due to the wool infill is a little too tight for the fist weeks and are uncomfortable to wear”

“Good price. Item was as described and I'm very pleased with it. Good delivery time but delivery was via Royal Mail. My issue here is they take it back to the sorting office if you're not in, whereas other delivery services leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place. Switch to a more customer friendly delivery service in order to get 5 stars.”

“Great quality footwear. I purchased 2 pairs of Paddy slippers for my mum. She's 99 but still walking around quite a lot. These keep her feet warm and keep her safe from stumbling.”

“I bought shoes from Shuperb, very nice and cool shoes, but unfortunately they didn't fit me. I had to return them, Shuperb refund me with no problems. Instructions, service and communication was very pleasant.”
