“The shoes were as described. Delivered in the right time frame.”

“It was easy to order from Shuperb and the delivery was quick but unfortunately the shoes didn't fit and I had to return them. I was kept informed during the return process, letting me know they'd been received and when the refund would be put into my account. Unlike some other companies, a set amount was deducted from the refund which I didn't agree with as I'd have preferred to take them to the post office and paid myself which would have been less expensive. Nevertheless, I will still buy from Shuperb as I like their selection of shoes.”

“I ordered a pair of Skechers Rumblers Wild Child wedgies, but when they arrived they felt too loose, so I sent them back. The process was painless and was dealt with promptly by Shuperb, who refunded my money quickly. Excellent service all round.”

“Happy with the service received, very quick delivery. I thought I had purchased a £1 return label which was not included but I had also not been charged for it so it must have ‘dropped off’ somewhere in the process. A bit cross about that as I knew that I would want to return at least one pair and have had to pay £3.50!”

“The sandals I ordered arrived promptly but, unfortunately, they were a little too tight so had to be returned. This was a straightforward process and in a reasonable time, my account was refunded. However, since I'd not requested a 'return of goods' slip when placing my order(for 1 pound) it cost me 3.50 :(”

“The slippers arrived very quickly, unfortunately the insoles were fluffy not material like around the insides of slippers, and like the pair my mother already had. I contacted the seller and they got back to me straight away asking for a photo of them, but mums feet are very swollen and we have trouble getting anything on so we needed to keep them anyway. but I am sure if I needed to return them then it would have been fine.”
