“The shopping part went smoothly. However, the shipping was difficult as I first had to request a tracking number which was not automatically provided, nor the date of shipping. Then when the parcel reached Canada, the online tracking number gave no specifics other than "In Transit in Canada". Now Canada is large and who knows where this package could have been moving about. As I started to look into matters - voila! - the shoes had arrived. Hmmmm.... well all ended well nonetheless and I am happy to have my shoes!”

“have problem feet, very high instep, had Dr Kellers shoes before, excellent, wide fitting, delivery was quick, and they are good value for the money you pay for, so if you do have problem feet, and can not get, a decent pair of wide fitting shoes, try Dr Kellers, from Shuperb , please not I do not work with ither company and never have worked, for them, Thank you”

“Fast delivery and item as expected. Only slight problem was that size 10 was ordered but a size 11 was received. As I hover between a U.K. 10-10.5 I decided to keep anyway rather than the hassle of returning the item. Otherwise happy.”
