“Love the shoes at Shuperb and nice fast delivery. The only thing I can fault is that you are unable to switch for another shoe brand - I bought a pair of shoes and had a £5 off promotion and would like to return for a different brand with a better fit but now have to get a refund and reorder which means I will lose the promotion which sucks. Otherwise, happy with their service etc.”

“Good service, good shoes - just the problem of returning shoes and paying for the postage. Hard to know who should pay for that up front (hard to beat Amazon's free returns). In my case my Dad couldn't get the first pair on easily, but usually it's size, and if you expect returns to be paid for for this issue, the least you can do is campaign for a much more uniform shoe sizing system. It must be do-able???”

“Have recently ordered from Shuperb, unfortunately a fault developed with the shoes after one wear so I had to return. Although the returns procedure is a bit of a faff Shuperb did respond to my query within 24 hours and issued a free return label which just needed to be dropped at the post office, email received when they had the goods back and refund within a few days so can't complain. The loafers concerned did have good reviews so I think we may have just been unlucky.”
