“Make sure you read everything upon checkout. What I ordered and checked off isn’t what I received. Or on my receipt. On the main page I checked 18x24 somehow at checkout it changed to 12x18. I also checked that I wanted the stakes and it wasn’t in the receipt.”

“Masked prices, website locked up continually. Had to redo my sign several times No answer on the help line. In bold "$.84 a sign!" in the end it was three times that amount.”

“Would give 0 if I could. Ordered 20 rust proof, large, black metal stands for my signs. When they arrived they were all damaged when paint chipping, rust, and the metal not connected properly. I requested a refund however they ignored that request and without asking shipping 20 MORE frames. I am already stuck with 80lbs of frames I need to bring to the dump which costs money. I asked them to stop the new order that I did not ask for (in two separate emails) only for them to get back to me 3 days later saying it’s too late. So they won’t give me a refund and they couldn’t cancel the replacement order that I didn’t ask for.”

“Took my last review down should if left it but they (cheap) said Tgey would work with me. So here’s how they worked. Paying cash for 2021 Silverado because I wasn’t going to finance the same vehicle became a $1000 more than before. Stay away they bunch of a holes”

“Design reverted back to original sign so had to cancel order 30 minutes after placing it (once I saw the order email). Customer service stated that it could take 2-3 days to process the cancellation? I made the purchase 30 minutes previous. Agent was just reading off a script and had no idea how to talk to people. Atrocious.”
