“You shouldn’t advertise next day delivery when you’re charging quadruple the price. I ordered one sign (under $10) that I needed for 3 days from now and the next day delivery was over $200.”

“Order signs on orderform says to deliver on May 27. On May 27 received email says order is on hold and and to call them. Gentleman said I received a call about order which I did not. Now order will not be here till June 2. very disappointed in service with order and deliver time. they do not stand behind their word.”

“tried to get 250 signs and they tried to charge me 275 for shipping !!! Damn crooks !! I hate business that try to offer a promo and then try to recover costs by marking up shipping ! you just lost a customer and i will tell everyone i know !!! DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICE !!!!! AGAINST THE LAW !!!”

“The design piece of the website is so bad on mobile and even when I selected "desktop site". It took me 2 hours to design a simple sign because of how overly sensitive the design is to the touch and because it refreshes with almost every touch.”

“Lettering of the signs were bleeding. I sent a picture of the product but they wanted me to take pictures of all the printed signs (20 pieces). I just threw them away and went to my local printer. It's better to support your local community and see the finished product at hand.”
