“Really hard to get my text on the sign- the template/model text does not go away, makes it really hard to see and type my own message! Also, very hard to edit and move text blocks, experiment with diff fonts sizes and formatting, especially since you don’t present a “blank canvas” on which to work! ( However, I WAS trying to do this on an iPad, so that might make it harder…)”

“The system is not phone use friendly. Both people that assisted me were very helpful. The phone order set up cost me over 200 dollars and I can't recover this. Today I will supposedly receive 50 - 18 x 24 one sided political signs that I have 100% no use for other than to light a hot plastic fire. I am not happy with your company.”

“Hold time is long, Chat is almost worthless and the $30 Shipping is way too high for 100 stickers and you shouldn't charge tax on shipping cost either Products are always good Please do better thank you”

“My pricing within my cart kept changing. I was chatting with a customer support agent because the price in the cart shot up a bunch with no upgrades to my signs, but then each time I went back to my cart (my order didn't change at all), my total kept changing (price per sign and shipping cost). This was all within a 10 minute period. I am not a fan of pricing that changes like that. But...I managed to check out with a lower price so that worked I guess. Just weird and seems dishonest.”
