“It’s a shame but this company play games with prices. The price jumps around, after you hit continue, within the site. They think they are clever hitting you for odd nickels and dimes, not realizing what a bad taste this leaves in their customers mouths for repeat business. They also hit you with the most exorbitant shipping charges in order to falsely appear the cheapest online”

“I have had the worst experience on your website. I could not add designs to my cart again. Same thing happened on Sunday and Monday. I had to start each design over from scratch. Huge waste of time. I would rather pay more and use a website that functions properly.”

“I had went to edit a design for a sign that was in my cart and when I updated it, the price went up $10. I think that's a bit ridiculous and scammy. The only reason I'm still purchasing is because the signs do turn out decently and I need them ASAP.”

“poor details on how to qualify for discounted rates. Won't acknowledge single color parameters (white on red) even tho it qualifies. Customer service sounds like they can't be bothered, always trying to transfer, but not actually transferring - telling clients that they need to reach out to a new number. Terrible experience.”

“I have used your site many times. This past experience was horrible. I made multiple attempts to add more signs to this order, but continued to get error message that they could not be added and to refresh page. I did this with every sign at least twice, with no luck. So, when I tried again this morning, the same thing happened. I used chat and they recommended I clear cookies and Cache, which did not help. I finally just placed the order with only 11 signs. However, during this problem, I lost my promotional pricing that I would have received on these 11 and the additional signs, if I could have completed the order last night. Can you please use the pricing from June 23, 2024. I am going to try to order the remaining signs and hope you will honor the pricing for that order as well. Thank you”
