“The designer program isn't user-friendly...very difficult to put elements in perfect alignment, etc. There was also an issue with it not letting me add something to my cart. I had to call and get them to do if for me.”

“Having to reorder due to a glitch in their system that cancelled my order. Now it's costing me more for shipping to get them on time. They could at least offer an upgraded shipping option since this was an error on their end!”

“When it comes to the hardware for the signs, it is very difficult for a layperson to determine what is best. I was put on hold multiple times because the customer service representative had to get answers. This is not good. Technical people should be onhand to answer questions about your products. I was actulaly referred to Google. Really?”
