“expensive shipping... did a lesser promo to get free shipping, but missed out on the 55% off...”

“I've always picked up my orders since 2005. I'm not happy that I am forced to have it shipped. Especially when the shipping is in the same city and very expensive. Someone always loaded my signs in my vehicle in the past and there was always limited contact. Which is the same as curbside that's offered just about everywhere now days.”

“sign pricing is reasonable but then they hit you with excessive shipping costs. They only offer expedited shipping which I don't need. Two signs for $15 and then I had to pay $26 in shipping (7 day delivery).”

“Your shipping is extremely upsetting, My wife and i debated on just cancelling our order. Your shipping may affect if we do business with you in the future because we paid more in shipping than we did for the actual product to be customized.”

“im frustrated due to the lack of shipping options! it used to be around $75 for regular shipping witch would take about a week and that was fine but now the "standard and rush shipping" are the same and are way too expensive. I don't want to be forced to pay for overnight night shipping when regular shipping was just fine.”

“I spent literally hours trying to make this thing.. from about 7pm til 3am and then a other 2 hours the next day. I love the concept and the work looks like it would be good. My only beef is OMG its ridiculous working with this custom designer. If it wasnt for that youd be great. It made me start over 100s of times for 6 little lines. Soon as I'd go to press a button it would jump to something else. The set up is simple, I understand what I'm doing but the screen gets bigger then smaller then jumps around, then it changes font on it's on, wouldn't line up without a fight. So flustered at this...”

“Really limited design and editing capabilities. For example, I created a hazard strip background on a sign and wanted to overlay a colored test box over it, but could not. Also, even though I ordered signs previously and saved the designs, nothing appears when I click on saved designs. The only place I could see my last designs were on a previous order. I wanted to reduce the quantity on a re-order, but at check-out, it would not let me reduce the quantity and kept defaulting to the original quantity number. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but these were just the issues I came across.”
