“It is deceptive to allow someone to go through the process of design and ordering...and then gouge them on the shipping price at checkout (even if it ships out the next day). Clarity of shipping costs earlier in the process would be appreciated.”

“I tried to individually order 20 signs and 10 stakes, and the shipping showed as $250. If I ordered 10 signs with 10 stakes, the shipping was $40. Something is screwed up in your system.”

“I got 2 different quotes for images exactly the same on a sign that is exactly the same as well. I looked 10 times to understand why i was given .19 cents difference from one order to the other. Never understood why.”

“I did not recieve the 84 cent promo that was advertised. Furthermore, I ordered two signs that were the same size, both single sided with wire stakes and you charged me different prices for both of them. I tried to chat with customer service and they were not helpful at all.”
