“The ad said 12x18 signs for $.84 cents, but after taking time to put together an order, the price was different. I would order a lot more signs if I could get the price promised.”

“It's disappointing when you get a price for something and price it to a customer where you can make just a little profit. Then when returning to place the order the price changes but $80. I'm sure you don't care but I honored my word and bid to my customer and this order ending up costing me.”

“Everything is great (seriously -- quality, and especially customer service) -- EXCEPT for the fact that if you let your cart idle for even a few minutes (sometimes, like today), your cart will EMPTY and you have to recreate it which -- if it is a large and painstaking order, is a painful and infuriating waste of time. What other site dumps your cart after brief periods of inactivity?! Utterly counter-productive to making a sale. please fix this, folks!”

“1st the system had me reset password on fri, then today said password invalid, had to reset again, did not take over and over, had to call cs. then your sys would not take ANY of my cards, finally had to go thru paypal, your MAUDE chat is useless”
