“Shipping costs are absolutely outrageous. I can see doing that when people are ordering 200 signs, but for the local person interested in running for a position within a small community and who only needs roughly 20 signs, it's terrible to charge $50 for shipping.”

“I hate that even though you have our tax exempt number on file, it does not automatically show up when I open our account. It is a waste of my time to sit on hold, waiting for a representative to take off the tax, or to wait by my phone for a representative to call me back. Just add it as a check box to the checkout!”
