“First order was not done right. They reprinted and still didn't do them right. Second reprint was never received. Trying to get refund was the biggest hassle. BUYER BEWARE.”

“you say 55% off however the signs are no less expensive than all the other times I have ordered, in fact I believe it was more expensive!! I would like a 50% rebate or credit towards my next order. I am a long time customer and there are plenty of other options out there!!!”

“First let me say I have loved SOTC. You've always done a great job. I've bought signs for the last 5yrs for my business. I call, reorder or change the design. No problem. This last time, it's like I called a different company. First I can't even get ahold of you. The click to call on the website doesn't work right, then when you do call it's a busy signal and when you finally get through, you have to do a callback. Then when I get a callback, it's issues, 45min on hold and then they drop the call. I call back, more issues, hold, etc. etc. Mind you the links to simply reorder in my account don't work. So finally some good soul redesigns my existing sign to the same thing I always get and send me a reorder link. I don't know what happened to you guys but please go back to being the awesome place I dealt with. It can't be this hard to buy from you. Customers will just buy elsewhere. Thanks for listening.”

“Look at your price per item for corrugated plastic signs. One sign says it's $27, or I can buy two signs at $29 each?! Please feel free to refund a portion of the incorrect price. Thanks!”
