“The sign design process is awesome! I can do so much with the tools they have provided to create a good looking custom sign. The prices are reasonable too, up until the shipping, which I feel like is more pricey than if I were to go to UPS or FedEx or the Post Office myself and ship something of the same size and same height. But what really gets me is that my account has a tax exemption, but my orders don't reflect that when I go to place them. It seems like a buggy process. I hope this review gets that attention and perhaps it will get in the queue to get fixed.”
