“I browsed a number of online options for custom signs and this site was by far the least expensive. I wondered where the catch was. And I found out. The catch is that once you've invested the time and effort to design your custom sign and are fully committed, at the very last step of the payment process you discover that the shipping costs are absurdly high. There is no low-cost option. The shipping costs bring the order total to more or less what the competitors charge. There is no *actual* discount contrary to the advertising--they just make it all up in wildly inflated shipping charges. This kind of bait-and-switch is infuriating.”

“Credit card processing w as hard. Kept kicking me out saying info was not correct and I had to. Try 2 cards then just used PayPal cause it kept not working”
