“Updating signs was very difficult. My preferred design would save and look fine then to continue text would drop off. This was disappointing. Finally found something but could not get it to translate to a banner. Over all experience was very frustrating”

“Took nearly an hour to get the problem with their website not be compatible with the discount offer. Plus an excessive amount was charged for shipping. Not at all impressed. However, the customer service lady was VERY kind and helpful, she was exceptional.”

“Ease of use is great for this site. I've used it multiple times for non-profit and other events. Shipping costs are atrocious! I have a local vendor that I will consult for future sign needs, as paying more than 28% of the total cost in shipping is just ridiculous!”
