“I recently placed an order and noticed some discrepancies that left me concerned. When I first ordered, the standard rush fee was around $30 (which I didn’t select at the time). Since we needed our signs by 9/12/25, I reached out via email to adjust the order, but instead the order was cancelled. Hopefully the refund processes is done correctly. When I went back to reorder, the shipping fee for the same order suddenly showed as $91 instead of the original $30 range. That seemed excessive and felt a bit like a bait-and-switch. After looking at reviews, I noticed others have reported similar experiences, which made me uneasy. Now I’m placing the order again in hopes that the standard rush delivery comes out to about $38. I’m honestly not very comfortable with the process, but we’re going to take a chance and hope the signs actually arrive on time.”
