“The ordering and design process was very simple and overall pleased with that aspect. However, your shipping costs for just three 6" x 24" riders is very expensive at $39.60 which is $13.20 per rider and they only weigh a couple of grams at most. Also, you are charging sales tax on the entire transaction which I don't believe is legal as you should only be charging sales tax on the products purchased (sales tax shouldn't be applied to shipping as it's a service -not goods that are purchased). I don't believe I will use this service again as I felt taken advantage of after completing the design and finalizing the order”

“My account was deleted. Prior to the company changed the fonts packages which took away Arial Black, a standard font which has such been re added. The site doesn't work smoothly anymore and it freezes. Overall this is a poor experience. I am a regular customer who has ordered thousands and thousands of signs from you. Whats going on? And I want you to please refund me to adjust to the 2 Color price, not the 3 color price.”
