“Very difficult to navigate. Site does not permit one to return to edit. I wanted to added a color to one but it kept going to the first item ordered. Also could not edit the first sign as I decided I did not need an added option. Tried to contact site but it became obvious that no response was likely while on line.”

“I placed an order and called within 5 minutes to add somethin to my order so it could be included in the shipping fee that I already paid. They said that they couldn't do that, so I have to pay shipping again.”
