“It was great up until the part where you completely screwed me on shipping. I place the order, but I will never order with you again. I dont mind paying shipping but it really stinks to be completely taken advantage of.”

“The Customer Service Agent was super friendly and did the best she could to help me navigate the website. Unfortunately, the website itself needs updating to be more user friendly. I was successful in ordering some real estate signs but the metal A frame panels are not available on this site, I have to order separately from a competitor. Also, I wanted to order some name riders but the site does not give any option for adding grommets; so again, I have to go to a competitor to order those, Would be so nice to have one stop shopping.”

“pricing guide had the sign as 3 colors was 2.80 something but it charges you 3.10 i don't know something is screwy with the site and shipping at most companies is included when you buy 100 or more. So the price just keeps going up on this site.”

“Shipping charges for express 2-3 days for an additional $110 and then not guaranteeing for 4 days is not acceptable. You state 2 to 3 days, I'm ordering on the 1st, so shipping would be on the 2nd and then receiving is on the 6th. Someone needs to look into this.”

“Great site, but why is the shipping so expensive? $40 for two little signs? I sell on eBay all the time and the shipping is never more than $9-$10 for items of a similar weight and size. It makes me feel like you are advertising a lower price for your sign and then making up the difference on shipping after the customer has put in all the work to design their stuff. I feel taken advantage of. It would have been better if I knew up front that the price would double when I go to check out.”
