“Hello, I have used your website for many years now and I have always been impressed with your quality and customer service experience. My poor rating doesn't reflect on your company as a whole, but rather on my specific experience with some aspects of your new editor. Please consider my feedback below in any future enhancements or changes to the editor. I thought your old editor was sort of bad, but it worked just fine and was easy. The new editor is very unclear about where the actual edge of the sign will be when using my pdf design that I uploaded. Even talking on the phone with your representative, they couldn't clearly explain what the actual sign area was. The proof view seems to indicate it is somewhere between the bleed edge and the safety zone. With the new bleed edge and safety zone system, it would be really helpful to be able to resize the image and maintain the aspect ratio. If there is a way to do that, I couldn't figure it out. It took a lot of effort on my part to try and resize the image while maintaining the aspect ratio. It would also be nice to have the center option like you provided in the old editor, so that you could resize and then center the image horizontally and vertically. I noticed a bug in the double-sided sign process when making all these changes. The double-sided sign seems to copy over the first design that you add just fine. However, if you update the first side design, the second side remains as it was when first copied over. Luckily, I caught this in the final proof presentation, but I had to go and manually change the second side to match the new image with larger bleeds and positioning that I added to the first side. This could cause some issues for customers if they aren't paying close attention to the final proof. Thanks for your consideration, Scott Longden”

“The shipping price was inflated from $22.00 to $49 in just two months, which I find to be ridiculous and unfair practices. The only reason I went through with this purchase is because that agent was wiling to pay for it out of her own pocket. I will no longer use your services and will take my business somewhere else.”

“Easy to create/set up. Though, charging $32 as the cheapest shipping option for a smaller order is a bit of a bait and switch tactic to drive up price. Ditto for the marketing efforts touting 84 cent signs (which ends up only being the cost of the first sign) when reality is the cost is 5 to 20 times that cost depending on options. Competing on less than honest practices makes me wonder if I will order signs again. Just be upfront and honest. I'd respect that much more and would do less damage to your brand.”

“Was not happy with the pricing. My son ordered the very same thing for 2.27 and I paid 4.47 with no difference in the product. Very unfair. Not a happy customer. He recommended me but I will not recommend you. I called 1800 for help and no help was given.”

“Signs easy enough to Make but resent that you make a “ cheap sign” and after spending all the creative time you check out and get “ hit with a $99 shipping! I needed the signs at that point and would have made more going forward but shipping is outrageous.. just being honest… Hoping signs are nice quality. ?”
