“The shipping being as much as one sign, is ridiculous. We ship all the time and there is no reason for that kind of a price on shipping when it is still going to take a week to get here and you are "shipping within 24 hours."”

“Pre-charged me for a single 5 dollar sign before showing and charging me for the $20 shipping. Not sure if its an error in their system or if they are trying to trap people into purchasing the sign. Hoping the sign looks good.”

“Why did the price change from 9/13 at 1:00 am To now - at 12n 9/13/2022 ??? First order I cancelled at your Customer Service's recommendation because I did not have a good enough resolution on the Image. Now this second attempt - with a better Image - you are charging me $ 34 more ???”

“.I sent an email and they told me to call because I couldn't put the design together. they said they would do it for me but when I called they made me do it with them on the phone. The lady on the phone sounded like she hated her job and seemed irritated because I wasn't doing great with it all. Then I get the price for 10 riders for 78.00 with shipping. to me thats not so cheap by any means. I asked if there was any way to get shipping paid for or how could I make it cheaper and she said no. Wasn't thrilled by need the riders right away.”
