“The change in the platform has made it nearly impossible to edit old signs, used to be a breeze, but now you have to start over each time - please go back to the old format.”

“WEBSITE KEPT KICKING ME OUT ON SUNDAY. I HAD TO COMPLETE THE DESIGN FOUR TIMES...THEN AFTER I COMPLETED MY SHIPPING AND BILLING INFORMATION IT WOULDN'T LET ME CHECK OUT. I WE HAVE USED YOU SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE BUT THIS TIME WAS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT.”

“Not sure why the prices went up $3.00 each sign overnight and the shipping increased by $18. We are a small booster club trying to save money and it really hurt having a price increase like that.”

“I put items in my cart at one price, left, and reentered the items and hour later and the prices had increased. Then when I signed into my account, the prices increased again!! Very disappointing. I tried calling customer service the next day, but she was not able to find the price I had on the previous day.”

“You new website creative tool is not as user friendly as the previous website and your customer service does not seem how to work it just yet. I never received an email with my saved order....tired 3x and each time I had to go back and recreate the sign. Would be nice to be able to save your projects in your account without having to depend on receipt of an email.”

“I'M REALLY UNHAPPY ABOUT THE WAY YOU RUN YOUR PROMOTIONS. ONE SIGN WOULD COST ME $4.77 BUT THE PRICE INCREASES AS I ORDER MORE SIGNS. STUPID! I ONLY ORDERED FROM YOU BECAUSE I AM SHORT ON TIME.”

“Very unhappy with the new website and design program. The other one was easier to use and it allowed me to see at a glance all my previous signs exactly as they appeared (not distorted like this, one at a time). Since I order signs every single month it was much better seeing all my old signs so all I had to do was change the date, color, etc. Your staff was very helpful getting me through this today and the thought of relying on others every time I order signs makes me uncomfortable.”
