“i had to change from rush shipping to regular shipping or it wouldn't go through. So much for the deal on rush shipping.”

“You web site is so over simplified and dumbed down that for a customer like me its REALLY frustrating. NO WHERE, THAT IS "EASY TO FIND" IS FILE SET UP INFORMATION CONTAINING BLEED SIZE. I USED THE CHAT FUNCTION AND THE QSRs DON'T REALLY UNDERSTAND BLLED AND GAVE ME THE WORNG INFORMATION. THEY TOLD ME 2"... AND I WAS LIKE... THATS HUGE!... ARE YOU SURE????? AND THEY CONFIRMED. SO I REDID MY ART.. PULLING IT TO A 2' BLEED... AND OF COURSE THATS WRONG.”

“lost my design twice even though I clicked save, Pricing estimate was way off by the time I completed and selected shipping. Somehow the $18 sign doubled in price with extreme shipping cost. Don't have time to redesign this with a competitor, as there is far better pricing elsewhere.”

“The creation tool is great and prices are competitive - but your website is not very user-friendly. Not so much your website, but your process to create an account. I ordered these without ever logging-in because the site would not allow me to create a login ID and Password. Fix those and I'd have no complaints. Thanks”

“I have been receiving many many emails from you about signs 60% off but after I had to call for help fixing my past orders, I was told my sign was only 55% off. I am inclined to go somewhere else next time.”

“Prices change every time you go forward or back and change anything. Free shipping is not free. They raise the price of the sign to make up for the free shipping. My price was originally $11.31 per sign and $50 shipping. Then jumped to $18.05 per sign with free shipping. The wire sign holders were $1.47, then $1.97, finally they were $2.53. The prices changing like that makes no sense at all.”
