“Very poor follow up. Left several messages with reps to have someone in management call me to discuss my problems. Very frustrating. No follow up calls. They just totally ignored me. I was a good customer for a long time. But no more. I've given up.”

“I was ordering a sign for aprox. $26 and upon check out the shipping was twice the amount of the sign! I ship out products for my business all day long and something that light weight would have never been near $50 so I canceled my order”
