“I need to do a tax exempt form for our non profit. Fair Hill International. You kindly just emailed me an exempt form, which is pretty unclear. And it seems I have to surface mail it back to you along with a copy of our Certificate from the State of Maryland. I need to get this sign order in now, so I've just completed it without the tax exemption thing. I will go ahead an post the two pieces of paper to you. Every other vendor we deal with simply requires our tax exemption number which is 31120190. I've been doing business with you guys for nearly ten years. I'm also very unhappy with the software change in not keeping back designs available in my account. And I've been asking for years that you find a less expensive shipping option which isn't rush. And now this. Meanwhile, I'm going to look someone local to deal with instead. kathie.troutman@comcast.net”

“The frames were awsome. The sighs were not right .they Were offset on the plastic, part of the black was blue and blotchy. My old cardboard sigh looks better than the new plastic one . They are years sighs and only printed on one side !( Who dose that!) I've never seen yard sighs printed on one side. ( THIS IS THE KICKER!) I CALLED BEFORE I ORDERED THE SIGHS FOR HELP. THE PERSON SAID SORRY ITS SIMPLY JUST GO ON LINE AND ORDER THEM I CANT HELP YOU. AND WHEN I GOT THEM AND CALLED THEY TOLD ME AT FIRST SORRY THEY WON'T FIX THEM OR REFUND AND MONEY. THEN THEY FINALLY GAVE ME BACK 500. OF THE ALMOST 1100. I SPENT ON THEM . I HAVE TO SPEND ANOTHER 1000. TO GET THEM FIX NOW.”

“I did not appreciate that there is an advertisement for .74 per yard sign. When I went to go and order, it came out to $1.92 per yard sign. False Advertisement!”

“I browsed a number of online options for custom signs and this site was by far the least expensive. I wondered where the catch was. And I found out. The catch is that once you've invested the time and effort to design your custom sign and are fully committed, at the very last step of the payment process you discover that the shipping costs are absurdly high. $8 for the sign, $19 for shipping. There is no low-cost option. The shipping costs bring the order total to more or less what the competitors charge. Despite the advertising, there is no real discount. This kind of bait-and-switch is infuriating.”

“I was supposed to be paying .84 each for the 12x18 but it was charging 2.31 for 100 of them and 2.38 for 50 of them. Why does the site advertise. 84 each? I tried several different quantities.”
