“Website kept giving me different pricing if I made changes and then went back to my original order. I called the customer service team twice, but they said they couldn't replicate what I was seeing. I don't trust the pricing that was calculated because I kept getting different prices for the same order.”

“email stated 50% ends Sunday at midnight....only received 45%!! computer claims I have 3 colors...I only need or want 1 color....how do I get it corrected?? Need double sided and not single sided.”

“You guys should be ashamed! I made my sign up on your site and didn't complete my order due to the phone number needing to be verified. Came back one day later and the price went up approx $20 for the same exact sign!!! I have dual screens on my computer so I opened a different browser on my other screen and made the exact sign only to find it was again $20 cheaper for the exact same sign!!! That is crappy business! I have screenshots of both screens!”

“This company has just given us the run around since placing the order. We received and email stating our order had shipped and would be delivered on 8/7/20. As promised it was delivered. When we opened it we realized that it was just the stands for the signs. I called and was told that the signs wouldn’t be shipped for an additional week. When I questioned the customer service rep she stated “at least you got something”. I then told her that I had placed the order based on the date of delivery promised in my order which was 8/7. I told her that if the product was not going to be delivered as promised I would do business with another company. She responded with “no worries, you’re free to do business where you choose”. I’m glad I’m not the owner of this company because the “no worries” attitude of orders being promised and not delivered is costing you business.”
