I was overcharged. I purchased a 12x18 plastic sign that was supposed to have come out to 84cents by the “applied code” and it was not 84 cents, it came out to more like $11. Haven’t received the signs yet but already not looking good for this company. Can someone contact me about a refund of the portion I was overcharged? Thanks.

I spent forever designing my signs, shipping was calculated based on my qty and location at $8 and some change. I go through the whole deal and get to the final check out screen, all of a sudden the shipping total is $17 and some change (cheapest method). No explanation, no reasoning, it just happened. When I contacted customer support, the woman gave me the run-around and would not directly answer my questions, I could tell they train them to say what she was saying to me, it was like she was reading it off of a prompter. It was very, very shady. I got a really bad vibe. They are scammers and use bait and switch tactics.

This was supposed to be a fast process. Was told I could not rush shipping without canceling my current order. Will NOT be ordering again.

I was charged as much for the shipping at the sign itself, I may as well get it printed locally as the price would have been a little better.

If only there were zero stars - that is how I would rate your art department and employee Dominic’s customer service. My experience was the worst ppexperience in all my years in business. The job was approved - and paid in full - the art department questioned my design - and when I didn’t recognize the number (no message was left) my order was canceled. The signage was to promote an event to be held tomorrow. I asked about overnight shipping I was told it would be over $900. My reply was “do you think that is a fair price for overnight shipping and would you pay that?” And he said “yeah - why not”. I the. asked to speak to a manager who apparently were all “in meetings”. My call, he said, would be returned by a manager in 24 hours. After my event is tomorrow. Your company put me in an extremely difficult position.

Design was good. We ordered 500 signs. But a lot of the signs we received were for someone else's order. When I call the 3rd time girl said she would send me 300. Then Shane called back said they want proof of number of signs that were wrong. I sent picture of stack of 50. All other boxes were shipped to other cities where they had wrong signs also. He would only send 150. Feel like we paid a lot of money several orders and not satisfied. We will look elsewhere to order.

I ordered only 5 signs and you sent 4. My customer was very upset and had to give her a full refund. So I'm not very happy and my search to find another vendor will start on Monday.

I ordered my signs lime green and crisp. I received pixilated blurry grass green signs. I called they asked for photos then told me that’s how I wanted them. And can offer me 90 back off the 360? Or so I paid. Ya so now have ugly signs and learned this company doesn’t care about doing quality work. I print my sign and Is my color they screen print it and it’s similar but not the same. No longer will buy anything from these people.

Total nightmare. I have not received any part of my order and your people are not communicating with each other therefore asking invalid questions and unaware of what another rep is doing. Really couldn’t be any worse.

I was skeptical about ordering because I read some of the negative reviews, I paid more for these signs due to the cost of shipping than I would have paid at my local sign company. I ordered these because I needed these fast and he was unable to get them due to a large order he was committed to so I gave it a shot. I placed my order On a Tuesday afternoon and paid ninety seven dollars for 2nd day delivery so they should arrive on Friday. I received notification from UPS that my signs would deliver by end of day Monday. First and last time customer since this company can not deliver on their promises.

“Ships in 24 hours” is plastered all over the site, misleading buyers to believe they’ll get their order quickly. NO! These are just word games they play!!! $40 for shipping and I have to wait over a week to receive my signs. The signs might be cheap but the shipping is a ripoff!

The design experience was easy. However, paying for the order was VERY difficult. Before completing the order, I chatted with someone to ask if I could pay with a business check over the phone (knowing the order wouldn't be released until payment came through, which was fine). Person #1 said yes, they would only need my phone number. My accounts payable person called in with a check and was told by person #2 she would also need the cart number. By that point, my cart had expired so I had to start from the beginning. I redesigned the signs and she called back with a cart number. But person #3 told her that she could NOT pay by check over the phone. So all the time and phone calls wasted because I still had to pay with a credit card! Very frustrated that the process wasn't clear and that we both were given a huge run-around, only to find out you wouldn't take a check.
