“Signs came folded and it looks like they were broken in half's. Printing was good. Shipping probably messed up. But the box should say NO FOLDING!”

“I had ordered a 3.5 X 2 design and got a 2 X 3.5 product. The ordering process itself was tedious as I had to contact customer service multiple times as wanted a two sided product with different sign on both sides. Even after talking to customer service they got the product wrong.”

“77097823 Order. Joshua was the packer. I only received 84 signs of mine +2 that were not mine that said fire the school board. Please send me my 16 missing signs. If not found, please send me a refund for the 16 missing signs. Rob Lang 785-393-2274”

“It was not good. You misprinted my website. I checked the proof email and that was correct, but all my signs were wrong. I had to fix all of them. I am not happy with the whole experience. I would like you to make this Situation right. We will be calling you later today to workout this matter.”

“Too many issues for a complete list. So unsatisfied that management offered full refund and HALF of shipping (1Day, Expedited). End result was complete credit to my card for purchase (which still hasn’t arrived) and 100% of shipping charges. Unfortunately to late to order from alternate vendor.”

“Not only did the signs not arrive in time for the event, even though I paid for expedited shipping, when they did arrive there were spots on the signs where color was missing and of the 31 signs only 2 had the bleeds that were supposed to be there. In the proofing process they all showed bleeds. Very, very disappointing.”

“Signs didn't come out right they were literally attracted to each other when tried pulling them off the writing came off. Contacted customer service and was told sorry nothing they can do. Will never do business again what a waste of $150.00. Stick with your local sign company maybe you will better customer service.”

“Well, seeing as our event was last Friday and my signs aren't here yet, I'd say you did poorly. Your website advertising, especially concerning shipping times, is VERY, VERY misleading. I basically wasted $125 I did not really have to get no signs for our event. Unfortunately, our event ended up being cancelled because of hurricane Dorian, but it was actually fortunate for us, as we had no advertising in the form of signage. Also, there is no way to duplicate your information for the back side of the sign, once you have completed your front side. That is ridiculous. You have to start over on the back if you want double sided. That is ridiculous. I will NEVER use this company again. I started out very excited to have found them, but ended up VERY, VERY disappointed.”
