“I had a 60% off coupon - it went down to 55% while waiting for you to approve tax exemption - then the shipping went up $5 as well - so basically you got back the money for the tax exemption. What. A Ripoff.”

“Just based solely on the checkout process- the shipping prices are extremely high and the shipping time frame is VERY deceiving! It was advertised all over the website that shipping is next day if ordered before 4 pm. My shipping options were either $72 to receive the items in 9 days or $500 to receive my items 6 days. Outrageous!!”
