“I guess I used up all the allotted time for my service call. The rep disconnected the call without warning and the next thing I knew a recording was asking to complete a survey. Prior to that the service was fine. Thanks so much”

“You should be much more open about your shipping charges! I feel duped. I chose your sign making company because the prices were cheaper. I didn't realize that your shipping would be a third of the cost until after I had already designed my sign. Since I didn't want to start over completely, I was forced to pay it. And I don't want to hear that all sign companies do this because most of them ship in around the same amount of time for about half the shipped cost. I truly am upset by this dishonest business practice.”

“Price changed while I was completing my order.(higher by 33 cents per sign) from about 6pm to about 9pm on the same calendar day. Not happy. Chat and phone help not available. "Chat" was unresponsive. Phone help said the service was closed for the day. $40 as the cheapest shipping on 20 signs is outrageous. When designing the sign, font selection is tedious. You have to select each font to see how it looks on your sign. Why is there no pop-out that shows you a sample of each font so you don't have to look at each one, one by one?”
