“The shipping rates are outrageous and much higher than competitors such as Vistaprint. Really feels like a rip off where you bait with low prices and then recoup the money with shipping that costs more than 50% of the order price! Your products themselves and fast shipping are great, but your shipping price practices feel very slimy.”

“I had questions regarding why the price of my signs increase by 35.00 dollars for the same order in almost less than a month from the original order. The sale rep could not explain what the justification for the rapid price increase. The phone wait in que was more than 30 minutes for nothing. I will not use this company anymore nor will I recommend to others as I did in the past.”
