“The sign designing software is really really poor, it took me far longer than it should have to design a simple sign.”

“Very unhappy with the new website and design program. The other one was easier to use and it allowed me to see at a glance all my previous signs exactly as they appeared (not distorted like this, one at a time). Since I order signs every single month it was much better seeing all my old signs so all I had to do was change the date, color, etc. Your staff was very helpful getting me through this today and the thought of relying on others every time I order signs makes me uncomfortable.”

“Shipping charges are way too high... We will need to find a local supplier or an online supplier with better rates. Also, the sizes you show need to indicate height and width - are the signs I bought 18" wide or 18" tall?”

“The pricing is deceiving, you should consider addressing the shipping cost may be as much as the product. I can not rate the product fairly until I receive it. So, far my suspension of misrepresentation is looming. I hope that the quality is fair.”

“Unhappy that the 55% off is made up with unrealistic shipping costs that are obviously filling in the 50% discount. Not professional at all, that's what people on ebay selling out of their homes do to avoid ebay charges, but you're worse, you're tricking your customers until they're ready to check out.”
