“I had picked a sign size but during checkout decided I wanted a bigger sign. But I could not figure out on the editing page how to change the sign measurements.”

“When designing layouts for non standard sizes. I tried to use 9*12 and 18*12. When you resize the picture and deleted you current back it, resizes your whole image to 18*24. It also leaves white space that you have to correct. There's no option to click and resize multiple objects.”

“I order previously and was contacted by customer service that I needed to cancel my order because I chose the wrong orientation for my signs, they could have just adjusted the order and now my order costs 15 dollars more? That’s strange.”
