“Absolute worse customer service I have ever seen in 43 years. All of our signs were misprinted! We were assured the correction would be made and a new set of signs would be delievered before we needed them. We were lied to again. Our signs showed up misprinted, off center and unusable. This is a horrible company. We will never do business again and Will go ABOVE and BEYOND to leave reviews on every source possible.”

“Ny order was suppose to arrive 7/28. I receive notification of an error on 7/27. I feel like I should have been notified as soon as the error was discovered. Now the shipment will not only be received past the date, but also the cost has increased. No discounts or nothing.”

“I was sent a tax exemption form, with the signature area NOT highlighted in blue, which I assumed was because I was completing a digital form -- as happened with my recent mortgage documents. So, I simply printed my name in the other box and dated, in addition to attaching my organization's tax exemption documents. After waiting on the phone for more than 20 minutes, I was told that this was a program error, and that I still had to sign. To do that I was told I had to find my own software to accomplish this, even though this was YOUR form that had a program error. I represent a very small arts organization in a community of 6000 in Wisconsin. I did not have to jump through these kind of signature hoops on an online document when I bought my house in 2018. This is unacceptable, and we will not be doing business with you again.”
