“Have been trying to place my order since yesterday, but your website kept crashing repeatedly so that I couldn’t. When the site was finally working this afternoon and I was able to finally finish entering my order, the price had gone up by more than $2.00 per item, making the purchase price more than $100 over the price it was when I first started trying to place my order yesterday. It seems apparent that your website kept crashing because you were busy raising all your prices. And if that wasn't bad enough, the shipping costs were outrageous!”

“This was an incredibly stressful experience. Your customer service team was terrible but I finally got a decent result. Unfortunately, my little league team is out nearly 400 dollars. I will never purchase from this website again, and will definitely note recommend you all in my community. What a disaster.”
