“Had to call the company and ask about the .99 yard signs. Representative from company kept referencing the web page. (Not clearly stated on site or explanation, hence the reason for the call). Not stated what size, how many lines, and no explanation to a new customer what 1 color vs. 2 colors on a sign means?? Just a site announcing what is out there, no real explanation of content.”

“Your website kept crashing. I wanted to personalize my signs with individual names, and because of that, I couldn't get the bulk pricing. You also don't allow discounts for non-profits, which would be quite helpful to these types of organizations.”

“Advertised as free shipping. wasn't applied. Actually called in. 10 dollars off and was increased to 15 dollars off. Completed the info and the page disappeared. Not sure what happened there. No deduction. Simple process, very friendly receptionist and art specialist.”
