“I have no idea if this order will be filled. My confirmation link takes me to an error page. No email has come through confirming order, but payment has gone through. the price was right if I didn't get totally taken.”

“OUTRAGEOUS shipping prices. So great deals on the actual products but you end up paying so much in shipping that its the same as other sites that have more options. Probably wont be shopping here much again.”

“it was advertised as 55% off when ordering. Before checking out I was given a subtotal of $73 and when I got to the page to submit my card info my subtotal became $118 without the taxes and shipping added.”

“It is deceptive to allow someone to go through the process of design and ordering...and then gouge them on the shipping price at checkout (even if it ships out the next day). Clarity of shipping costs earlier in the process would be appreciated.”
